The 2019 meeting will take place in San Diego, CA, from 16 Feb - 21 Feb. Don't miss the Physics of Medical Imaging session, featuring two talks from our medical imaging specialists Spyridon Gkoumas and Thomas Thuering. Spyridon will discuss the performance of GaAs based photon-counting detectors for mammography (18.02 @ 11:10 am) and Thomas will present a concept towards large area photon-counting imaging detectors (19.02 @ 8:40 am).
Spyridon and Thomas will be more than happy to engage in further discussions throughout the duration of the conference.
