The fourth annual CCP-EM Spring Symposium will be held in Keele, U.K. The conference aims to provide a forum to highlight state of the art developments in computational cryoEM and related themes. Topics range from detector developments, image processing, single particle reconstruction, high resolution model building & validation, machine learning, tomography and electron diffraction.
Dr. Sacha De Carlo will present DECTRIS Hybrid Pixel Technology and illustrate how direct electron counting detectors such as our EIGER X 1M were used to collect electron diffraction data of outstanding quality. Our close collaborator Dr. Tim Grüne from PSI, will demonstrate experimental data and discuss the prospects of electron nano-crystallography.
