Work Environment

DECTRIS is located in the modern, newly constructed Täfernhof II in Baden-Dättwil. We now boast 4500 qm with plenty of room for further growth. We have opted for open spaces in all areas; enabling our employees to work in a pleasant atmosphere. The work areas are ergonomic and equipped with electrically height-adjustable desks and newest IT equipment.

We believe in a respectful and friendly corporate culture. Our employees are our most valuable resource making employee satisfaction extremely important. To promote this, we provide spacious, modern workplaces that offer room for creativity and new ideas. We are achievers. We actively bring our strengths into our daily routine and are there when our colleagues need support. The work in our young, motivated team is challenging and fun. Joint undertakings outside normal working hours are common.  

Regular and continuous further training is the basis of our knowledge. We therefore actively encourage our employees to expand their professional and social skills depending on their needs. Additional participation in conferences and trade fairs leads not only to a deepening of our expertise but also enables us to make contact with new customers and to maintain existing relationships with customers and competitors.

It is important to relax from work, therefore we have a gym-room and table-tennis and tabletop-soccer are frequently used during break and lunchtime. Tennis is offered every Tuesday during the lunch break. In addition DECTRIS offers reduced rates for a gym next-door and also for yoga and pilates classes in-house.

In addition to the above, we provide our employees lunch discounts in our cafeteria, snacks, free fruit, water and coffee.
As for transportation, you get your own half-price card for public transport and can use the company cars and e-bike.
